SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Pelican Cabinets & Remodeling’s SMS program sends messages related to quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, project status updates, and customer follow-ups.

Opt-In

End users opt in by visiting pelicancr.com, entering their phone number on our Quote Request or Contact form, and checking the box next to the following consent statement: “I agree to receive text messages from Pelican Cabinets & Remodeling about my quote and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Submitting the form without checking this box does not enroll the user in SMS messaging. By checking this box, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Pelican Cabinets & Remodeling at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active project status; typically no more than 4–8 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major US mobile carriers.

Changes
