Our entire warranty does not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, improper use or storm or fire damage. However, we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the best way to help our customers and the situation at hand.
* Appliances, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and other materials and services provided by the client separately are not covered under Guilin Cabinets Warranty Program.
* Foundations, framing, roofing, and other structural elements of the remodel are covered by a 10-year warranty insured by our third-party insurance partner.
